Professional journey

A path rooted in curiosity & compassion

My journey into psychology began with a deep curiosity about the human mind and a genuine desire to support others. Over the years I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals from all walks of life through some of their most difficult and transformative moments.

I believe therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating a space where healing, insight and growth can naturally unfold. My role is not to direct your journey but to support you as you find your own path forward.

Therapeutic philosophy

Evidence-based, heart-centred

I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, alongside trauma-informed practice, adapting to your needs and goals. The most important element remains the therapeutic relationship — a space where you feel safe, heard and respected.

  • To listen without judgment and honour your experiences.
  • To provide a safe, confidential and supportive space.
  • To work collaboratively with you, at your own pace.
  • To maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
